TaxPilot AI provides AI-powered tax optimization analysis for freelancers, contractors, and self-employed individuals. The Service includes tax calculation, strategy recommendations, and quarterly estimated tax guidance.
TaxPilot AI does not provide licensed legal or financial advice. All calculations and recommendations are for informational purposes only. Users should consult a qualified tax professional for official tax filing.
3. Account & Subscription
Free Tier: Users may access limited analysis features. Excessive usage may result in rate limiting or account suspension.
Pro Subscription ($19/month): Unlimited analysis access. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancellation can be done at any time through your account dashboard.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for tax calculations
- Not use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
- Keep your account credentials secure
5. Limitation of Liability
TaxPilot AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Tax calculations provided by the Service are estimates only. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed tax professional (CPA or enrolled agent) before making any tax-related decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by TaxPilot AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
