Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your TaxPilot Pro subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Log in to your TaxPilot account
- Navigate to your account or billing settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Once cancelled, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
2. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions: We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact support@taxpilot.business within 7 days of your first payment.
After 7 Days: Refunds after 7 days from initial purchase are not provided. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Renewal Charges: Renewal charges are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply (contact support for review).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at:

Please include:
- Your registered email address
- The date of your subscription
- A brief reason for the refund request
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after initial subscription
- Partial month usage after subscription renewal
- Dissatisfaction with features clearly described on our website
- Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
5. Free Tier
The TaxPilot Free tier is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable as no payment is required.
